Have a day off! If you're feeling tired, just relax and switch off - put on your favourite movie or show and chill
Connecting with nature helps your mind to switch off or atleast organise your thoughts. It's like a reset button that doesn't cost you anything!
By eating healthy, you feel less heavier and therefore less tired. Feed your body good food & you'll have healthy fuel to burn
Power napping helps you feel refreshed & energised. Don't burnout by always being on the go - take a short nap in the afternoon & carry on!
Sometimes our phones can drain us, especially being an influencer so shut it off! Turn your phone off for a few hours & connect with yourself - it'll do wonders to your health
When your body is dehydrated you have less energy. Drink water to help feed your brain & keep you going through the day - even if you have to pee 100 times!
