While travel restrictions around the world begin to ease as we all continue to grapple with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, we imagine that it will still be quite some time until we're able to travel freely once again.

Throughout the duration of lockdown, content creators have served an important role in undoubtedly keeping us entertained and inspired during a generally uncertain time.

During the downtime, we took some time to discover some pretty inspiring influencers, from the Latin America and Caribbean region, who everyone should keep on their radar.

We're big advocates of diversifying our Instagram content and it's always a good idea to follow creators who you would not typically follow. Why?

It gives you a chance to essentially see the world through someone else's eyes and also benefit from new points of view.

This is by no means a list of the only ones you should read. There are many others that cover all sorts of subjects and issues. They are of all ages and walks of life. The ones portrayed here have been chosen because of subjective reasons: their spark, their energy, their mission, the fact that they may not have been featured in other lists and deserve to be showcased.
