Furniture Shopping Made Super Easy By Developer's Apple ARKit App

Speechless...
AppleAR, ARKit, Decorating

Great news homeowners, thanks to Apple's ARKit and this genius, your decorating problems may soon be coming to an end. As shown in the video below, the app developed by Asher Vollmer, the creator of iPhone's game of the year, Threes, allows users to pick and place furniture, as well as the size and fit the same to real world dimensions.

IKEA has already expressed that they're working with Apple to create something with similar, but it seems like they might be a little late to the party. And this tech wizard has set the bar quite high.

The app was developed using Apple ARKit, a framework enabling developers to create unparalleled augmented reality experiences for iPhone's and Tablets. This is just one of many applications being explored, and we can surely expect to see tons hitting the market very soon.
