Snapchat fans aren't happy about the recent redesign...
There’s been a lot of hype surrounding Snapchat’s redesign – but users are less than thrilled with the app’s new updates.
According to fans Snapchat's new interface, that was recently rolled out in Australia, Canada and the UK, is “confusing” and “inconvenient”. Many users are not happy that posts are no longer displayed in chronological order, and some fans are asking Snapchat to reverse the update. This has also led to 83 percent of Snapchat's reviews in Apple's app store to be negative ones, with users only giving a score of one or two stars in ratings.
Many fans have taken to Twitter to express their frustration at the new revamp...
Some users have decided they'll switch platforms in protest...
...while others don't mind the update at all.

Either way, this isn't good news for Snapchat. The story-sharing app was hoping the revamp would lead to an increase in engagement on the platform. Clearly it's not going to plan.
Snap Inc., Snapchat's parent company, didn't have a good year in 2017. We assume the company probably has a lot riding on the redesign, so it's a shame to see unhappy users. Hopefully, this will all be resolved very soon.
