For aspiring fashion and beauty influencers, SIMPLY Dubai was where you needed to be last Thursday.

Bringing global legends together so fans can connect and understand the beauty industry and all its shenanigans. Entrepreneurs and celebrity stylists who were once in your shoes told their fans how they got to where they are today and answered all of their questions during the panels and keynote sessions.

Influencers from Nina Ali (@nina.ali) to Sara Al Madani (sara_almadani_)...(who gave a shoutout to all the single moms during the panel!) were sharing their success stories and beauty secrets with their fans and our ITP moderators Kavita Srinivasan (@kavitasrinivasan) and Alia Fawad (@aliafawad).

The bloggers and influencers panel hosted Tamara Al Gabbani (@tamaraalgabbani) and Nina Ali (@nina.ali) who shared with us how she juggles social media, photography, and motherhood and still manages to stay true to what she believes in to give us the organic content we all love.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Ambassador Rhea Jacobs (@therjacob) shared with the audience the importance of embracing their features during the Beauty Panel, which also hosted celebrity hairstylist Chris Dylan (@chrisdylanhair). He told the attendees what he really thinks of the Highlighter trend(His least favorite beauty trend) and advised his audience to stop frying their hair!

Apart from the panels, SIMPLY also featured keynote speaker Law Roach (@LuxuryLaw) which is an image architect. His clients include celebrities from Zendaya to Tiffany Haddish.

During the beauty breakout session, makeup artist and beauty expert Nuni Ubhi (@ninaubhi) taught the attendees how to apply eyeshadow and gave them exclusive tips on how to do a super-quick, super-easy makeup look.

LALOJE Lounge and SOH art+beauty provided the event with fun-filled goodie bags containing various gift cards, Himalaya face washes and masks. Other beauty breakout contributors including Lana Al Kamal jewelry (@lanaalkamaljewelery) and Bedashing Beauty Lounge showcased their products in the beauty lounge.

During the beauty panel SIMPLY’s beauty gurus were asked by Milli Midwood (@millimidwood) “if you were stranded on an island what top 3 makeup products would you have?” and their answers shocked everyone…

Alreem Saif (@alreemsaif) could not live without her concealer because “you can double it as a foundation.” Celebrity hairstylist and Insta-sensation Chris Dylan wouldn't be able to live without his blowdryer and Asma Lootah (by_asmalootah) said Shea Butter because you need it for your hair, skin, body and “everything”.

Founder of elcie cosmetics Lilit Caradanian (@lilitcaradanian) was also present and for the first time announces to Rosemin (@roseminsworld) and her fans, she is having a baby girl! The attendees screamed with excitement and congratulated her husband who was supporting her at the event.

As we came to the end of the event, we listened to the final keynote speaker, Joyce Bonelli (@joycebonelli) and the story of her pregnancy on the Nicki Minaj tour!

SIMPLY Dubai helped people connect, network, and get informed about their favorite beauty gurus’ and stylists’ lives, stories, and how they became.
