Eager to share his knowledge with us at ITP Live, Bashar Kayal shared with us his top 10 recommended games to play in 2023. The YouTuber who began his journey on social media as a teenager. Like many teenagers, Bashar was worry-free, not having to think about housing, bills, and other everyday adult life, but just his education and his hobbies.
His first video was published in 2012 and as he told ITP Live in a previous interview, he was “a casual teen who was obsessed with gaming.” It is sometimes hard to know when you are younger what you are passionate about, however, now, Bashar has stayed focused on his goals and now has 1.42 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. With first-hand experience in the video gaming world, he gives us his top 10 list of best choice video games for gamers to play.

10. Batman Arkham Series:
Batman Arkham Origins, Batman Arkham City, and Batman Arkham Knight have the best superheroes in every game.
9. Microsoft Flight Simulator
In Microsoft Flight Stimulator, you can fly all over the world with this game if you ever dreamed of being a pilot or wanting to fly high in the sky.
8. Resident Evil Series
If you’re into horror or scary games, then the Resident Evil Series is the best type to put fear in your heart and really give you a thrill.
7. Portal 1 & 2
For those who love to solve puzzles and really train their brain, then Portal 1 & 2 is the game for you. Bashal calls it the best puzzle game for using every capacity of the brain to win.
6. Call of Duty
This game needs no introduction as it’s probably one of the most played games that have ever been played. COD is a personal favourite of Bashar’s and is filled with action and fun throughout. If you haven’t played it, then now is the time.
5. The Last of Us
The Last of Us has “of the best stories in video games history” as quoted by Bashar in his top 10 game review.
4. Grand Theft Auto (GTA V)
For GTA, the popular YouTuber and influencer say’s it is the “best open world games to ever exist.”
3. Minecraft
This video game allows you to explore different landscapes and discover new adventures. Bashar mentions this game to be a lot of fun and brings “creativity” out of him.
2. Elden Ring
Up for a challenge? The Elder Ring won the game of the year award 2022, and Bashar tells us it is one of the most “difficult games ever” to play when it comes to video games. If you’re looking for a game to play when you want to relax, this probably isn’t the one for you.
1. Red Dead Redemption
The number one game that Bashar had picked on his top 10 list of games to play and that he recommends is Red Dead Redemption. He says “this game has everything such as amazing graphics, great details, amazing gameplay, great storytelling, and has a really big world to explore.”
