Twitter has accidentally announced the upcoming launch of the subscription service Twitter Blue by adding it to Twitter’s App Store listing. The new listing is currently visible under in-app purchases for $2.99 in the US store.
Researcher Jane Manchun Wong noticed the new changes under the App Store and shared snippets of Twitter Blue:
The features available in the subscription service include: undo tweet, set new app icons, color themes, collections and reader mode. The reader mode will help online users to convert online tweets into “easy-to-read text.” and the collections feature allows users to manage separate folders of tweets.
Twitter is also reportedly working on online surveys from users that have signed up for Twitter Blue, inquiring about the reason for sign-up and top reasons for using Twitter.
Are you excited for the subscription service Twitter Blue? We definitely are.
