Similar to Clubhouse, Facebook displays user icons in round profiles and introduces the room’s listeners as Followed by the Speakers and Other Listeners. The unique feature to Facebook’s Live Audio Rooms include its automated captions feature that can be turned on within the room’s settings.
Facebook earlier announced its plans to launch their Live Audio Room in April and later began beta-testing the feature in Taiwan. With the US’s first test for Live Audio Rooms taking place, the launch date of the feature might soon be revealed.
