Kayla Itsines – a Australian social media influencer, fitness trainer and Co-founder of the SWEAT app – has released her latest High Intensity Strength program. The new program comprises a 28-minute workout routine with gym equipment.

Itsines revealed that the new program has been specially curated for individuals who love high intensity workouts:
