David Dobrik, a former vine star and vlogger on YouTube who quickly gained the hype, just dropped the product of his latest hustle, a perfume collection! The 24-year-old YouTuber has produced over 600 videos and is popular for keeping most of his videos within the 4:21 mark. The vlogger is popular for keeping his fans entertained by capturing majority of the moments spent with the Vlog Squad, his friend group who also pursue content creation!
David debuted his new line of fragrance with Flower Shop Perfumes Co. called ‘David’s Perfume’ that comes with two scents, ‘David’s Perfume #01’ and ‘David’s Perfume #02’.
With fans thrilled to discover the notes of the perfume, a press release reveals how #01 is quite “invigorating and alluring” that carries notes of amber and cashmere, whereas #02 carries brighter notes that mainly smell like “grapefruit and sandalwood”. The perfume comes in sleek black and clear bottles where #01 seems to be a masculine scent and #02, a pink fragrance that approaches a lighter and feminine route!
This recent project has been a surprise to all, with so many of his fans barely expecting news of this kind! According to People, David pursued this scent-filled project after being inspired by the scent of a mysterious stranger that he met a few years ago.
“I met somebody that had this certain smell on them that I just completely fell in love with. I was just obsessed with the smell … it wasn’t cliché, like Axe Body Spray or Old Spice, it was this very fresh scent,”, he says.
