YouTuber Gabbie Hanna accuses Bebe Rexha of copying her ‘Monster’ music video.

American YouTuber Gabbie Hanna has accused the creators of Bebe Rexha’s new music video Sabotage of copying her Monster music video – which was released in 2018. The issue was brought to Hanna’s attention after fans noticed similarities between the two music videos and began calling out Rexha.

Rexha addressed the concerns via Twitter – stating that her music video was inspired by Eminem ft Rihanna’s music video Love The Way You Lie and that she was unaware of Hanna’s existence or her music video.

Hanna cleared the air and told Rexha that she was not to blame for the alleged plagiarism but that the director of Rexha’s Sabotage music video was the main culprit:

Moreover, Hanna posted a series of snippets comparing the two music videos and noting their similarities. She also used this opportunity to speak on the behalf of many small artists – who are often silenced and taken advantage of by larger players within the music industry.
