Fitness Influencer Kayla Itsines launches new low-impact workout on the SWEAT app

Are you looking for a new workout routine? Don’t worry, Kayla Itsines has got you covered!

Kayla Itsines – a fitness influencer and the Co-founder of the SWEAT app – has launched her latest low-impact workout program that is suitable for all fitness types. The new workout routine is also perfect for beginners since the program provides step-by-step exercises that can be done at your own pace.

Itsines was inspired to create a low- impact workout routine after her mom faced difficulties in doing high-intensity workouts that included moves such as burpees and jump squats:

“My low impact program is a great example of how workouts don’t have to be high-intensity and full of jumping exercises to be effective. With concentrated exercises that focus on challenging the muscles and building strength, my low-impact workouts will help women increase their endurance and fitness all while keeping two feet on the ground. Now my mum really has no excuse and I can’t want for us to train together at home”.

The program consists of 3 workout routines per week which includes Chest Press, Front & Side Raise, Bent-Leg Raise and many more that can be done in 30 minutes or under.
