YouTube has announced that they will be adding additional features to its Creator Studio in order to help online creators better create and upload their content to the platform.
YouTube revealed that it will be making changes to its ‘default’ and ‘upload’ settings in order to optimize how content is uploaded from their mobile app. For example, creators will be able to save their upload settings from previous videos and add it to new ones.
YouTube is also developing an option that will allow creators to directly upload content from their Google Drive folders – which will help them free up space on their smartphones. Google Drive will be available as an upload location option in the YouTube Creator Studio.
Moreover, YouTube will introduce pre-publish checks for content uploaded on mobile devices – which will help creators ensure that their video content does not violate any conditions including copyright claims before uploading them onto the platform.
