The #MilkCrateChallenge got everyone talking with billions creating videos across social media (mainly TikTok), building a crate of milk trays and walking on top of them from one side to the other.

TikTok removed the challenge tag raising concerns over injuries that were happening with this new trend. Due to the unstable layering of the crates made in the shape of a pyramid, many people who reached the top fell to the floor, damaging parts of their body. From what was first a comedy challenge, how now become a hazard to adults as well as children who want to prove they can complete the climb.
People from around the world are still attempting to complete the challenge and posting it on other social media platforms using the hashtag. Others have tweeted about the challenge asking questions of why it was created in the first place and how it became so big.
