This GCC Influencer Has Been Featured in A New Coffee Book on Mental Health

Mental health awareness has been a big talking point in 2019.

Suki Thompson (@sukithompson), co-founder and Exec Director of Oystercatchers/Centaur Marketing Group, has finally put it all into Let’s Reset, a coffee table book (published by Rankin Publishing Ltd.) that discusses mental health and wellness in the world place.

Let’s Reset has joined forces with internationally recognized photographer Rankin to shine a light on mental health and wellbeing in business. The initiative was conceived and created to highlight the relationship between mental health and the workplace.

HH Sayyida Basma Bint Fakhri Al Said of Oman (@basmaalsaidofficial), who happens to be a content creator and mental health advocate in the GCC region, shed light on her take on the motive within the book.

Let’s Reset includes personal revelations. tips for wellbeing and resilience from over 80 contributors including Dame Carolyn McCall, CEO ITV; Sarah Harbon, GM Benefit Cosmetics; Lady Nicola Mendelsohn CBE, VP EMEA Facebook and comedian Russ Kane; and Publicis Groupe UK CEO, Annette Kin.

The book also includes anecdotes and messages from business leaders from various fields and industries.

Thompson share her own transformation story within Let’s Reset, along with top tips and practical advice around mental health, wellbeing and resilience. All portraits of the contributors have been shot by Rankin.

“I think it’s time reset the way we work in business, so we have brought together leaders with challenging mental health issues who have achieved prominent roles, companies brilliantly promoting workplace wellbeing and mental wellness programs, leading practitioners in the mental health arena, and, the next generation entering the workplace,’ Thompson said.
