LOWER BODY DUMBBELL HOME WORKOUT SAVE | SHARE | TAG WORKOUT PARTNER Here is workout I recorded a few weeks ago that you can do at home using dumbbells/ water bottles are anything that can replace dumbbells if you don't have access. . 12 reps per exercises.
