Unlike other young children who play outdoors, watch their favourite tv show, or get filled up with sweets and chocolate, Akarsh Chaudhary aka VivOne, enjoys spending his time creating engaging gaming content.
Akarsh is the youngest online gamer in India who is offered thousands of dollars for video collaborations for his content. Going by the name of VivOne, Akarsh does go to school, however, instead of doing what other children may do, he spends his time learning and playing online gaming every day for his viewers.
What games does Vivone play?
VivOne plays BGMI, Valorant, Call of Duty: Warzone, CODM, Pokemon UNITE and many more games streaming his content on his YouTube channel and his Rooter, his gaming streaming platform. Known as VivOnegamer on Instagram, he has over 57 thousand followers on the social media platform, nearly 380 subscribers on YouTube, and over 22K on Rooter.
Who manages his channel?
Vivek Chaudhary, the father of Akarsh manages his social media channels and is currently concentrating his attention on enhancing his son’s gaming skills. As a video gamer himself, he wants Viveone to set an example to other gamers of how online gaming can be a successful career and how gamers can represent their country at international tournaments just like athletes.
Although their focus is not on monetising VivOne’s platform, offers continue to flood in from brands who in return will gain engagement, reach, and audience from booking the young gamer for collaborations. On his latest stream that VivOne uploaded 17 hours ago, he reached 66K views and is currently getting 3.7K views per hour on the video.
In a quote from his father to Forbes India, he says “VivOne does game streaming for three hours in a day. This has been his routine his he was five. He knows he cannot game for more than that and has other activities to look forward to. It is important for gamers too, to have other hobbies so that they are not consumed with their gaming gadgets all day.”
As well as playing these games, VivOne’s father also says he is picking up some good habits from playing including “realising that you win some and you lose some.”
