Instagram announced that a potential feature may be an option back in March, and it has now become a reality. Similar to what they allow with posts, Instagram has now enabled users to create drafts of potential stories.
There are some differences, however, post and story drafts. According to SocialMediaToday, “When you choose to save a Stories draft, a new alert will notify you that Stories drafts are deleted a week after you save them.”
Instagram stated, “Instagram Stories drafts are now available for everyone, globally. Story drafts will save for seven days before disappearing.”
This feature will be especially helpful for creators or marketers who need to create a set schedule for posting stories.
