Fans of the popular creator Pew Di Pie are enraged as they are raising allegations against Youtube for silently censoring out his vides on the platform. Many fans and viewers expressed that they could not receive any notifications on the creator’s content, adding that upon searching his name he was not appearing.
However, in response to the outrage, Youtube denies any possibility of shadowban, saying that they are not allowed to enforce a shadowban under their guidelines. Arguing that due to limited teams, the reviewing process is longer than usual, which is the only reason why the error is showing.
YouTube doesn't shadowban channels. It’s possible the video was flagged by our systems as potentially violative & needs to be reviewed first before it shows up in search, etc. Note that reviews are taking longer since we have limited teams due to COVID-19: https://t.co/f25cOgmwRV

However, fans still retorted that this is not a technical error as Pew Di Pie himself spoke out about this issue where his videos were not notifying his subscribers.

Youtube did come forward later and apologize for the issue and has resolved the error with search. Felix Kjellberg is popularly known for his gaming videos and currently has over 107 million subscribers on Youtube.
