As we navigate a new post-lockdown gym reality, many of us are searching for new ways to spice up a stale exercise routine after months of working out from home. 

Dubai-based trainer and athlete Peter Barron regularly shares exercises that are easy yet effective to perform either at the gym or at home. 

In his latest workout, Peter demonstrates a full body workout using only a pair of dumbbells.

FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT SAVE | SHARE | TAG YOUR WORKOUT PARTNER A full body workout you can do anywhere with a set of dumbbells.
