The initiative pledges to host more than 300 events and workshops each year, centered around brand development, video creation, content storytelling, boosting audience interaction, income generation, and securing sponsorships.
Dubai has officially inaugurated ‘Creators HQ’ at Emirates Towers. This initiative, introduced during the third edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit 2025, aims to attract 10,000 influencers to the UAE.
Creators HQ is supported by a AED 150 million (around $40.8 million) Content Creators Support Fund, established under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The fund is designed to empower creators, enhance their influence, and develop sustainable systems for the expanding creator economy.

The launch event, themed ‘Content for Good,’ brought together over 15,000 content creators, 420 speakers, and 125 CEOs and global industry experts at multiple venues across Dubai, including the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Museum of the Future. Creators HQ starts with an inaugural group of 100 members from 20 different countries.
Membership offers a range of benefits tailored to support the growth of digital content creation. These include help with UAE Golden Visa applications, which provide holders with five to ten years residency without needing a local sponsor or frequent visa renewals. Other perks include assistance with relocation and guidance on setting up and registering companies, making it simpler for creators to establish their professional presence in Dubai.
The initiative also commits to hosting more than 300 events and workshops annually, covering topics such as branding, video production, storytelling, audience engagement, monetisation, and sponsorship, addressing the evolving demands of the global creator ecosystem.
Dubai’s vision for Creators HQ goes beyond infrastructure. The hub has secured collaborations with leading platforms like Meta, TikTok, X, and others, providing creators with access to advanced tools, mentorship, and funding opportunities. The objective is not only to attract influencers but also to cultivate diverse creative talents, including podcasters, visual artists, and professionals from advertising, media production, and fashion industries.
