Hatem Al Alakeel is also a Saudi activist and fashion designer in KSA. As the founder of Toby, he has pushed boundaries not only with innovative designs but by highlighting the cultural tourism in KSA, working closely with government bodies to establish a ‘Made in KSA’ platform.

Hatem Alakeel’s well-rounded education and international background has enabled him to gain unrivaled fashion experience on an international scale by working with & advising some of the world’s most prestigious global brands.

Hatem has a plethora of extensive working experiences and has designed and collaborated with global icons such as Mattel’s Barbie, Puma, Pepsi, Evian, Van Cleef & Arpels, Ritz Carlton Rosewood, and the Raffles Groups. In addition to his library of renowned brands, Hatem has also dressed the likes of The Duke of Cambridge Prince William, Christian Louboutin to Snoop Dogg.
Being one of the best regional designers, Alakeel has also a 3-time best designer award from Esquire underneath his belt. Awards that only reflect his vast talents, but his importance as an Arab designer bridging Saudi culture and its vision to the world.
As founder of multiple business ventures, he has pushed boundaries not only with innovative designs but by connecting the Saudi ethos, history, and contemporary affluence with the global by working closely with government bodies to establish a ‘Made in KSA’ platform.
