The Bollywood actress and world superstar, Deepika Padukone have been announced as the latest brand ambassador for the French jewellery powerhouse, Carier. The star actress struck the carpet wearing an Indomptables De Cartier Panther and Zebra necklace wrapped around her waist at the BOF 500 gala during Paris Fashion Week.

The news was not yet made official at the time of the event although Deepika Padukone foreshadowed the new partnership in the most elegant fashion by wearing the piece made of yellow gold and black lacquer, set with tsavorite garnet, moonstone, and onyx.

“As an inspiring actress and committed philanthropist, Deepika embodies the Maison’s spirit and values of celebrating creativity, universality, and open-mindedness”, said in a statement by Arnaud Carrez, Cartier’s chief marketing officer.
