The sound of this just makes our mouth water.

The interiors are an interesting fusion of art-deco pieces and Roman statues, with deep blue and red seating, turquoise walls with mythical murals, and a monochrome zig-zag floor pattern. There’s both indoor seating and an outdoor area, with promises of pool brunches, ladies’ nights, and live entertainment in due course. Shisha is available from the restaurant’s expansive terrace. Masti Dubai:

A fine dining restaurant with a colourful seaside location in Dubai’s Jumeirah district, Masti brings the weird, the wonderful and the woah-that’s-good factor to Indian fusion cooking. And that’s all thanks to the inspired creativity of Chef Prashant Chipkar, whose dishes are familiar, but dialled to 11 – from Stracciatella-infused Butter Chicken to Waffle-style Dosa. There’s an abundance of personality in every single bite, with plates borrowing inspiration and ingredients from cuisines as varied as South Africa, Italy and Peru.

The interiors of this restaurant are worth all the buzz and hype they’ve managed to gather around them. In, Masti crafts a narrative that is representative of India for the restaurant’s global visitors, with all its distinct quirks. As a larger gesture, the contemporizing of traditional Indian crafts – as opposed to a replication of Indian motifs via modern means –has been imbibed in the design intent.
