Telecomm provider du will once again be teaming up with charitable foundation Tarahum for its annual Mawaed Al Rahman initiative, uniting the community during the Holy Month, in providing underprivileged families across the UAE with essential food items for a healthy Iftar.
Marking the 10th anniversary of this caring initiave, coinciding with the Year Of Giving launched by UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, du has the commited to delivering over 10,000 volunteering hours this Ramadan.
du will be hosting two activities, packing and distribution, also inviting volunteers to partake in one or both of these. Volunteers will work together to pack essential Ramadan food items into reusable, environmentally friendly boxes from May 27 to June 15 between 5pm and 12am at the Adhaaf Sports Club in Al Quoz industrial area in Dubai.
