LinkedIn’s Inspiring ‘Find Your In’ Ad Campaign 2023

LinkedIn launched a new promotional Ad Campaign ‘Find Your In’, which empowers users to tap into their professional networks using the platform. The platform’s ability to facilitate connections and opportunities for networking, job hunting, and career growth is undisputed, but the platform keeps unlocking ideal career pathways for your professional appetite.

LinkedIn’s new promotional ad campaign video, created by Droga5, a creative ad agency, has stirred a wave of conversations around career inspirations and knowledge guides that push you further on your career sprint.

According to LinkedIn, “What matters is not where you are right now, but where you aspire to go and how you get there. Find connections to inspire you, inspiration to grow, and job opportunities to accelerate your career, on LinkedIn.”

LinkedIn’s New Ad Campaign

The ‘Find Your In’ campaign is just another way to showcase how the platform will help users unlock new possibilities, and career paths and do whatever they had imagined using the platform’s connectivity, networks, and aspirational guides.

The video turned out to be the US Ad of the day, featuring a young girl loitering in an ordinary laundromat. Her ennui is interrupted when a LinkedIn notification pops up on a phone next to her, which prompts her to think about who she will become when she grows up. Dazzled by the infinite possibilities in her future, uniforms from every profession, from sports jerseys to white collar shirts, fly out of washing machines as she dances to Remi Wolf’s 2021 hit, Guerilla.

The campaign titled ‘Find Your In,’ is a new global campaign by the career website aiming to encourage adult job seekers through the eyes of youth.

Awe-Inspiring message by LinkedIn

We live in a world full of resources and information, and we are well-equipped with the tools and equipment but still, why do we struggle to be where we dream to be? The platform addressed the issue with this Ad Campaign and stirred a much-needed conversation around the subject.

LinkedIn gave us a professional network and a platform, a place where you can be whatever you have imagined, and offered the tools, information, and community to help us make it happen. The platform created a professional world that felt warm and new, which has uplifted and informed in the best possible way.

The “Find Your In” ad campaign opens conversations around people on how they find their ‘In’ and became successful. How important it is to find your in, find a job you feel inclusive, a work culture you can feel ‘In’, and if something doesn’t add up how to move on and find the right fit.

The idea is to maximize discovery and capitalize on LinkedIn’s record high-level engagement across the world due to personal stories and passion guides highlighted by Influencers and digital niche creators. The aim is to help others discover new connections and reach a point to find their ‘In’ through LinkedIn.

LinkedIn is ideally working on establishing networks of like-minded professionals, who would facilitate new career opportunities to their connections and make a healthy professional world across the globe.

As an extension of the campaign, LinkedIn is looking forward to launching a creator-first activation called ‘Big Ins’ involving creators with notable career journeys across different sectors (like fashion, design, and tech) to lead conversations about how they navigated important ‘in’s’ within their careers.

The campaign will launch across TV, social, online, and influencer channels.
