TikTok has broken their silence on the harmful and viral Milk Crate challenge that has been circulating on their platform. Experts have revealed that the dangerous stunt can lead to various injuries such as torn ligaments, fractured wrists, dislocated hips, paralysis and possibly death.
The Milk Crate Challenge involves the participant stepping on upwardly stacked milk crates and then walking back down. As the challenge progresses, the milk crates keep getting stacked precariously high which has led to many individuals losing their balance and falling down.
