This outstanding fashion retail Design & Build (D&B) project aims to highlight the acclaimed designer’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, celebrating his significant legacy in the fashion world.
Over the past three decades, Manish Malhotra has cemented his status in Indian fashion. Celebrating 18 years of his globally renowned label, his Dubai expansion stands out, marking him as the sole Indian couturier at Dubai Mall’s elite Fashion Avenue. This move epitomises the fusion of India’s rich sartorial legacy with Middle Eastern luxury, placing Manish Malhotra at the nexus of global couture.
There is already a palpable excitement among his vast Indian fanbase residing in Dubai, eagerly anticipating the physical manifestation of his brand. Furthermore, his Middle Eastern patrons have been waiting to experience his genius up close. This Flagship Store promises them an intimate journey through his masterful artistry, right in the heart of Dubai.
Natasha Abbas, Director of Project Management, will lead North 51 Consulting’s project management team in Commercial Management, Project Management, and Construction Management, ensuring every detail is executed with precision.
North 51 has partnered with Havelock One Interiors to bring the concept design by iconic Indian Interior Designer Gauri Khan Designs to life, crafting a space that perfectly encapsulates Manish Malhotra’s unique style. The groundwork for this esteemed project is already in full swing with Havelock One Interiors leading the fit-outs.
