We might be well into August, but it's not too late for a summertime feelgood anthem to drop.

Some of the biggest content creators within the GCC have teamed up with music industry legends to create a song that pays tribute to hard work, perseverance and the city of Dubai.

Rashed Belhasa (a.k.a. Moneykicks), Grammy recording artist S1 (@official_S1) and Saudi content creator Dyler (@dyl3r), along with Fat Joe (@fatjoe), Desiigner (@lifeofdesiigner) and Raftaar (@raftaarmusic) are excited to soon drop their new single “We Living Life.”

"It was a great opportunity to work with this legendary list of artists," Dyler said to ITP Live. "The best part is Fat Joe was really the reason why I fell in love with music as a kid, so I’m honored to be on the same track as him.”

The song is meant to encourage its listeners to strive for success and "never give up until they reach the top," according to S1. He also noted the music video for the single will be released in September.

Rashed Belhasa was quick to share that music has always been a great passion of his and he’s excited about the new single.

He goes on to explain how he and S1 were sitting in a restaurant in Dubai, when the song “New York” by Alicia Keys came on the radio.

“I said, ‘Bro let’s do an anthem that’s for Dubai,’” he said, citing the song by Keys as inspiration. “That’s the one thing that’s missing in Dubai and we started working on a song.”

The two got to work and with the help of a few friends, ended up creating an inspirational single that pays homage to their hometown.

“Huge shoutout to Fat Joe, Desiigner, Dyler, S1 and Raftaar. These are all amazing, talented artist in their own territories, and we decided to put them all in one song.”

Belhasa is quick to point out all proceeds from the song will be going to Dubai-based charities.

“I hope the fans love it. There’s definitely more music coming,” he said.

"We Living Life” will officially be released tomorrow on streaming platform Anghami.
