YouTuber turned boxer, Jake Paul, recently announced that he will be selling his £5m LA “Team 10” house and moving out of Los Angeles.
Paul has resided in the property since he was 17-years-old. Now 23, Paul says he wanted to leave California to focus on his boxing career. In a recent YouTube video Paul stated, “I’ve lived here since I was 17, and to leave it all behind is not easy.”
“This house is nostalgic, and this is probably one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make in my life,” he continues. Paul expresses that if he is to have a legitimate career he needs to leave Los Angeles as there are too many “distractions.”
His Calabasas home eight bedrooms, as well as a huge garden and large pool. The home is also the location where the YouTuber filmed most of his daily vlogs. It has also been the site of some of the large parties that Paul has thrown, which have prompted noise complaints from his neighbors.
It is unclear as to whether Team 10 will still have a base to vlog from.
According to TMZ, Paul may be looking to move to Miami, Florida. What do you think of his decision to leave LA?
