Mazaj Challenges is back at Food Central in City Centre Deira with the ASK family. In this episode, husband and wife duo Dr. Sally and Dr. Ahmad take on the spice challenge!
The spice challenge involves 5 dishes from 5 different eateries located within Food Central – a cool new dining destination that offers cuisines from 17 different countries.
Every single dish will get increasingly spicier: in order to win, neither Sally or Khaled will be allowed to drink any liquids until all the plates are finished. The featured dishes are from: Mr. Chaat Hut, Asian Wok, Pickl, Chalco’s Mexican Grill, and Emly Chilli. One of the plates is so spicy that Sally and Khaled have to wear gloves to pick it up!
Spoiler Alert: Mazaj adds extra spices to the dishes to make the challenge a lot more fun and competitive.
