Calling all fitness fanatics and aspiring champions – the Dubai Fitness Challenge is back!
The challenge kicked off last year as an initiative to encourage UAE nationals, residents and visitors to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, for 30 consecutive days.
The goal of the challenge is to make Dubai one of the most active cities in the world. From Oct 26 to Nov 24 events and activities will be running to encourage people to get up and get moving.
Last year, nearly one million participants joined the movement by committing to getting their daily #Dubai30X30 on.
That’s a lot of Fitness Challenge “challengers”!
This year professional boxer and social media influencer Badou Jack (a.k.a. “The Ripper”) will be joining the Challenge on stage.
This Swedish professional boxer has flown all the way to the UAE for the Dubai Fitness Challenge. As a former world champion in WBC super middleweight, WBA light heavyweight and Olympic athlete, he is a master of keeping fit and healthy.
He’ll also be conducting a 30-minute workout on stage at the Dubai Fitness Challenge on Oct 26.
Need a little more motivation?
The Dubai Fitness Challenge has created a Dubai Fitness App for this year’s participants. The app will help all challengers by tracking their progress throughout the month-long challenge.
So, you really have no excuses not to participate in the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
