Tinder New Subscription Feature Shows Who Likes You

Tired of constantly getting updates from Tinder that you’ve caught someone’s eye, a 1000 swipes later only to find that’s near impossible to track down this mystery fan (did he’/she ever exist, so many questions?!); well now, (depending on how mcuh willing to pay) you might not have too. Tinder just recently announced that their new subsciption package ‘Tinder Gold’ will inlcude a ‘Likes You’ features, which as the name implies shows you those who’ve swiped right prior to finding a match. If only this was the case in real life…

Cheif Product officer at Tinder, Brian Norgard said ”They’re using the app to meet new people, and ‘Likes You’ makes that easier and more efficient than ever by letting users know when someone is interested. Like You builds on previous features like Boost to help users optimize their time – and go from matching in app to getting together in the real world”.

For those who aren’t familiar, a match is made when both users like each others profiles. Even with Gold, you will still need to get a like before you can get in touch. Thankfully, no way to bypass that yet.

In addition to bolstered Tinder Plus features such as unlimited likes, five super likes per day, one boost per month and additional profile controls, you can see a list of all the pending likes.

No word yet on how much this will cost you just yet, but there will be a slight increase from the Tinder Plus to Gold, free users can upgrade at anytime as well of course.

For the time being, the app is being tested in Argentina, Australia, Canada and Mexico, but is expected to be rolled out to all users soon after.
