Truckers UAE, an events company known for its Food truck festivals, has announced that popular singer Ammy Virk will be performing with Noor Chahal at Dubai World Trade Centre on September 17, 2022.

Q.1 How do you feel performing in Dubai?
A: It always feels great to perform in different parts of the world with different sorts of audiences and meet all the fans who are like my extended family. Performing after a pandemic is a blessing; it’s pure bliss for an artist like me. I am looking forward to this concert as it is the first of its kind.
Q.2 Do you have a large fan base in Dubai? What was the reaction from your fans on social media about you performing here this weekend?
A: Though there are not many Punjabi communities here like how it is in the UK, US, or India, Dubai does have a substantial fan base who love Punjabi music even if they are not Punjabi which gives me more of a kick to perform here. Surprisingly, I have received a lot of messages, message requests, and comments on my songs from Dubai so I want to thank each and every one for showing so much love and warmth before coming to Dubai.
Q.3 What are you most excited about for your trip to Dubai?
A: The food here is amazing, the vibe here is quite high and Dubai actually feels like home – I don’t feel like I am out of India. The beauty of this place is it’s a great melting pot of cultures, people, religions, and more so I love everything here. Dubai calls you back again and again and this time I’m pretty excited about the concert which I feel is going to be historic in its space.
Q.4 Tell us something exclusive! What is next for you after Dubai?
A: There is so much more in the pipeline from a big-screen Bollywood movie to music videos and new collaborations. Just wait and watch, after this concert, I’m directly traveling for a movie shoot. Work keeps me happy and I hope I can make my fans even happier with upcoming projects.

Ammy Virk is an award-winning Punjabi singer, actor, and producer best known for his roles in Qismat, Angrej, and 83. His music video ‘Laung Laachi’ — garnered more than 1.3 billion views on YouTube catapulting him as the most viewed star in India.
In an interview with The Tribune, which is a daily Indian newspaper, Ammy told them his love for music came from his mother. He said “It was my mother who told me that I should try singing. I have learned it. I am a singer because of my mother and I love her for having faith in me.”

Noor Chahal

Noor Chahal will be on stage with Ammy Virk each complimenting one another’s voice, and creating beautiful melodies. Noor is quite new on the scene – having completed her studies as a psychology student, the talented singer rose to fame through social media channels Instagram and YouTube.
One of her songs has recently been released in the film ‘Bajre Da Sitta’ where Noor also showed her acting skills, wowing different audiences and continuing to build her fanbase.
Fans can dance away to popular bhangra beats and music tracks, including Qismat, Zindabaad Yaarian, and Wang Da Naap amongst others.
