Dubai Summer Surprises to host the ultimate football competition!

ITP Gaming and Dubai Festival and Retail Establishment organized the gaming challenge that will take place both online and on the ground for football fans to compete and win OPPO mobile phones and 10,000 Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) share points.

Fans start by testing their virtual football skills on console, then the winners of the virtual match will compete in a one-on-one football match inside specially built “cage” pitch.

Gamers have the chance to interact with some of the biggest gaming influencers including Ahmed Al Nasheet and Amr Nassouhy. They will be competing for the ultimate prize of a final match with a “surprise” international gamer.

Ahmed Alkhaja, CEO of Dubai Festival and Retail Establishment, said, “gaming has become an integral part of DSS where families, and gaming enthusiasts come together to participate in fun and interactive events.”

Alkhaja continued, “the OPPO Gaming Challenge is a great addition to the Back to School calendar of events on offer this DSS at Mall of the Emirates and is a wonderful opportunity for youngsters to meet up with friends and fellow gamers to test their online and real-life football skills before the long summer holidays come to an end.”

The challenge will unfold over nine days and has been developed to engage gamers around the UAE with a uniquely designed, socially distant gaming arena at Mall of the Emirates. It is open to all gamers to test their virtual football skills and go head-to-head with some of the world’s best players.
