Logan Paul, the influencer and now celebrity may have bought the most expensive Pokemon card for $5,300,000.
The social media celebrity Logan Paul recently showed off in his new YouTube video ‘I Bought The World’s Most Expensive Pokemon Car’ reached over 1 million views, 118 thousand likes, and over 4 thousand comments. This purchase made the Guiness World Record for being the most expensive Pokemon card sold in private auction – $5,275,000.
His PSA 10 Pikachu Illustrator is now listed for $5 million or $50 million Liquid Marketplace tokens which each token costing $0.10. Logan will not be just giving the card away however and will be retaining 49% ownership of the card.
A day ago, Logan posted an ‘ad’ on his Instagram telling his followers that the card is now available. His “selling point” for the card is telling everyone Pokemon is the highest grossing media franchise in the world, this is the 1/1 holy GRAIL, and now we can own it together.
