1 billion followers summit
The revelation took center stage during the 1 Billion Followers Summit, a two-day gathering of the world’s top social media influencers and content creators. Held at Emirates Towers and Dubai’s Museum of the Future, the summit hosts over 3,000 attendees, 100 speakers, and more than 300 companies from the technology and social media landscape.

Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, emphasized the significance of a permanent influencers’ headquarters, reflecting Sheikh Mohammed’s vision. Al Gergawi stressed the importance of digital media as a transformative communication tool, fostering social awareness and strengthening governmental functions. The focus extends beyond talent attraction, encompassing training and empowerment for the youth to become leaders and contributors to the future.
