TikTok to open an all-new Pop-Up Store for aspiring creators

TikTok has announced the launch of its upcoming pop-up store to host interactive sessions between creators and aspiring TikTok creators on how to create short-form films. TikTok’s Pop-Up store will be operated by Westfield London and is open from July 22 until August 8.

Harita Shah, Marketing Director of UK events at Westfield’s parent firm Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, highlights the growing impact of TikTok across the world:

“TikTok has become a cultural phenomenon. It’s where many of our visitors are getting their inspiration from, whether that’s fashion trends, the newest home styling influencer or foodie fads. Having a physical space at Westfield London gives TikTok the chance to immerse shoppers and new creators in a full 360 experience where the best of the online platform merges with a real-life experience.”

The social media influencers that will be hosting paid sessions include Kyle Thomas, Ehiz Ufuah, Poppy O’Toole, Jeremy Lynch and Ben Black. Aspiring TikTok influencers can also gain access to free sessions to film their short films within the TikTok pop-up store. The store comprises various rooms available for filming such as a kitchen room, dressing room and many more. Moreover, store visitors will also be provided free TikTok merchandise.
