UAE based Food Influencer Homam Ayaso of The Gastronaut Instagram page, is known for his perfectly curated and tantilizing food posts and culinary creations which he whips up on his own.

His newest concoction involves using butter and giving it a major glow up but combining ingredients which you already have at home to create a whole new flavour.

As he explains, “All you have to do simply is get a butter, add your favourite ingredients and create a flavoured butter, then challenge more people to do the same. It is accessible in a way whatever leftovers/ingredients you have in the fridge or kitchen cupboard can be used, just be creative. The challenge is for everyone, and the aim is to spread positive vibes and fun time around the community.”

The flavoured butter challenge quickly caught on as other foodies and chefs took to social media to share their creations under the tag #Flavouredbutterchallenge.

Had so much fun creating my very own #flavouredbutter as I accepted @homamino 's #flavouredbutterchallenge ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used the butter from @presidentarabia and added zest of one orange, course salt, crashed pepper and a handful of fresh finely chopped parsley. It was incredibly delicious on my sourdough toasted bread. Join the #challenge, create your own version of favoured butter and tag me! I am on the hunt for some new recipes to make and repost!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #busyavocado #butter #foodphotography #visualstorytelling #dubaifoodie #buttersofeurope @butterstories.me #butterstories
