What do people mean when they talk about an aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed? This describes your page looking cohesive and satisfyingly colorful among your posts. How can you achieve this goal? The easiest way to go about it is using the same edit on every picture.

Here are some of the best apps to use to edit your photos and make them look amazing on your Instagram. By using these apps to edit your photos, you can attract more users by making you feed cohesive.

#1 – VSCO

VSCO saw it’s popularity rise in the early 2010s for users across Instagram, Tumblr and Pinterest to edit their photos and create their own VSCO pages as well. Teenage girls had taken to adding their pages to their Instagram biography links, creating the viral meme of the #VSCOgirl.

Besides the hilarious internet persona the app created, VSCO is one of the most effective free apps for photo editing. With gorgeous presets and basic lighting adjustments, VSCO makes it easy to turn and unedited photo into one that is more than qualified for Instagram.

The app also allows you to copy and paste your edits from photo to photo, allowing you to build a set edit for your photo’s general aesthetic.

#2 – Pics Art

This next app is the same in the fact that it come with presets, more vintage based, along with lighting adjustment settings, but the app has many more features to offer a user. Those with business accounts may find PicsArt to be an editing dream!

Extra features such as different pencils, visual effects to remove things from photos and it’s most popularly used sticker feature! If you have a creative account, learning how to use PicsArt and getting inspiration from others on the app may work in your best interest of helping your page stand out among others.

The last app to mention is an honorable mention and my personal favorite go-to editing app. Though you are not able to edit multiple photos or copy and paste edits, this app is great for a creative mind and gorgeous edits. With a wide range of presets, followed by unique effects and lighting settings, Prequel also allows video edits.
