Bryan Adams, the Canadian singer, songwriter, record producer, and photographer will be performing at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai on November 4. He will be on his ‘So Happy It Hurts’ world tour to promote his 15th studio album which was released last year. His album ‘So Happy It Hurts’ got nominated for Best Rock Performance at the 2023 Grammy Awards, and the rockstar gained so much popularity.
Who is Bryan Adams?
Bryan has been cited as one of the best-selling music artists of all time and he approximately sold 75 million and more than 100 million records & singles worldwide. He is also popular for his humanitarian work and animal rights activism.
He released his self-titled first album in 1980 and since then has won numerous accolades, including 20 Juno Awards, 15 Grammy nominations, a Golden Globe nomination, and an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song. He is famous for his hit songs – Summer of ’69, The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is, Run to You, and Run Free.
From leaving school to play for a band called ‘Shock’ and spending all the money his parents have saved for his college on a piano, his journey was long and admirable.
Bryan Adams’s Tour to Dubai
Adams has been to Dubai earlier to perform several times at the World Trade Centre in 2010 and also at the Arena at Dubai Outlet Mall in 2017, therefore he is no stranger to the city. This time he is returning as a part of his “So Happy It Hurts” world tour.
Considering his last show was a complete triumph, the organizers have raised the bar even higher by planning the concert indoors at the Coca-Cola Arena. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Bryan back to Dubai,” said Thomas Ovesen, chief executive of All Things Live Middle East, the organizers of the concert.
