Jake did not miss an opportunity to make comments about his older brother Logan’s boxing aspirations and
rumoured match against boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather. The younger brother explained that
he would probably not be able to watch the match stating, “If he can’t beat KSI, what makes him
think he can beat Floyd Mayweather?”
In 2019, Logan faced up against another YouTube sensation, KSI , in the boxing ring. Despite
the match being a tie, an estimated 150 million British Pounds was earned by both
parties from the fight . With a whopping 15,000 tickets sold (at around £415 per ticket) to attend
the event and millions of viewers streaming the match online, it is safe to assume that Logan did
not feel like a loser after the successful turnout.
YouTuber boxing challenges have become extremely popular in the past few years, proving to
be a lucrative business opportunity for those involved. Mayweather and the older Paul brother
have been tussling back and forth on Twitter . Mayweather stating, “These YouTube girls better
find some Barbie dolls to play with cause I’m not the one for the kid games.”
A Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul match is speculated to be in the works. It is unclear at the
moment what a fight like this would look like and it’s important to note that these two boxers are
in completely different weight classes. Nonetheless, taking into account how successful KSI vs
Logan Paul boxing match was, this fight may just find a way of working itself out.
