Fall fashion trends 2023: How men can stay stylish

Find out what to wear to stay on top of fall fashion trends this year

Summer has slipped away, which means it’s time to get warm with style. And while we have women’s fall fashion trends of this year covered, we are yet to bring you some of the most highly anticipated fall fashion trends for men.

Grunge-y Streetwear

Grunge is back and it’s looking just like how you’d imagine it looked in the 1980s: ripped jeans, torn cardigans, and worn-out effects that convey a casual and unfussy vibe. Even all-time favorites from the early 2000s are making a comeback: beanie hats and plaid overlays, inspired by the world tours of bands such as Blink-182 and Paramore.

Villainous Long Coats

Some trends are likely to co-exist for both men and women and this season, one of them happens to be the large overcoat. Brands have made them in all shapes and designs, from clean-cut takes to theatrical and long. Look like Batman or an anime villain this Halloween in style with the help of these coats.

Slumber Party

We all love to relax and have a night in during the fall and winter seasons, but this year, men can go out in their leisurewear because of this rising trend. Versatile and seasonless, these pajama pants and oversized knits can be worn beyond activities that just include working out. These soft knits, silks, nylons, cotton, and technical fabrics offer comfort and style simultaneously.

Prep School Boy

With Gossip Girl coming back on Netflix this summer, we’ve seen a lot of love for the Nate Archibalds of the world. This year, the trend takes on a new life of its own with a slew of patterns including checks and argyle prints, to v-neck collars, and button-down shirts paired with baggy trousers.

Bomber Jackets

Tom Cruise came back for another Top Gun movie last year, causing a lot of re-emergence of many old favorites such as the Aviator sunglasses, the mustache, and the bomber jacket. You can’t go wrong with oversized bomber jackets from Prada, or leather bomber jackets with billowing sleeves and tightly-cuffed waists from Dolce and Gabbana. They’re going to look good and stylish no matter what.
