Once this feature is updated, you will not have to think twice before leaving the group chat that constantly sends spam messages!

This could possibly be one of the most anticipated features for the app. Privacy is an important concern for everyone in today’s social media-driven world. Whether it is because you would like some no-pressure time or you are in no mood to reply, a feature that hides the fact you are online from others is nothing less than a blessing.
This new feature of WhatsApp will help you select the contacts that will see when you are online. If you are looking for some social media downtime, this might be your saviour!
No More Screenshots of Disappearing Messages
The ability to send Disappearing messages has made it easy for users to send photos and videos confidently. However, these messages could be screenshotted without the sender’s knowledge. This new feature is expected to block screenshots of View Once messages. Therefore, you can send messages without any worries. There will be no permanent record of the View Once message that has been sent.
While all three features are yet to roll in, WhatsApp has confirmed that they are in the works. The release of the features will help users have a more comfortable experience using the app.
Other Privacy Features Available on the App
There are many privacy features already available on the app that helps users have a safe and secure interaction with their contacts. Default end-to-end encryption of calls and messages has been in place for years now, protecting users’ privacy.
