Twitter vs Netflix
Twitter is a popular social media platform allowing users to “tweet” their thoughts, ideas, and current affairs. There has been a lot of controversy since the Elon Musk takeover, however, changes are still being made to the app, including the latest update.
Since the platform announced that individuals can now upload 2-hour videos, there has been a flux of people uploading popular movies like Shrek. Another uploaded the full movie “Crossroads” starring Britney Spears.

Although Twitter may not be exactly like Netflix, Twitter is free to sign-up to and therefore with more people adding popular shows, and movies, the viewership on Netflix could potentially decrease.
The platform can even be in competition now with YouTube as one Twitter users comments:
“Wow, you can now watch a whole movie on Twitter… YouTube days are numbered.”
