Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, better known as Ronaldinho, is back in Dubai.

The Brazillian football sensation, who is now retired, has made his mark in the world as one of the most talented players ever.

Ronaldinho’s admirable achievements

Ronaldinho was named FIFA World Player of the Year twice and received the Ballon d’Or.

Moreover, he was a global icon of the sport and an exponent of the “Joga Bonito” style of play, renowned for his technical skills, creativity, dribbling ability and accuracy from free-kicks, use of tricks, feints, no-look passes and overhead kicks, as well as his ability to score and create goals.

All of which were prominent characteristics of his early-age futsal background.

Additionally, Ronaldinho became the second Barcelona player, after Diego Maradona in 1983, to earn a standing ovation from Real Madrid fans at the Santiago Bernabéu after scoring two outstanding solo goals in the first 2005-06 El Clásico.

Touch down in Dubai

It’s been no surprise that the football star has a big love for the city of Dubai, he actually was granted a golden visa in May of last year, that was officially announced by the Directorate General of Residency and Foreign Affairs, Dubai (GDRFAD) on May 18th via Instagram.

During his visit in 2021 here, Ronaldinho paid a visit to ITP Live headquarters and sat with fitness influencer Peter Barron.

Together, they filmed an exclusive video, where the footballer gave his predications on what big names would who be the Euro 2021 and Copa America 2021 Winners.

Just a few hours ago, the man himself posted a photo on a yacht soaking up the Dubai sun to share with his 67 million followers on Instagram.

The legendary player also has a ‘highlight’ on the app called ‘Dubai’ – solely posting from his previous trip in the city and his stay at the notable Five hotel on The Palm.
