Jessie J to perform at Abu Dhabi KCAs
The Kids’ Choice Awards Abu Dhabi are coming back for the second time to the capital in September this year, and superstar Jessie J is set to host and perform the huge event by Nickelodeon.
The KCAs are an annual awards show that celebrates the best in children’s entertainment. The show is known for its slime factor, and winners are traditionally doused in green slime.
Fans can now vote for their favorites via kca.nickelodeonarabia.com and on Instagram using the hashtag of their favorite nominee. There are a total of 16 categories across the worlds of film, television, music, sports, and more.
Jessie J is a multi-award-winning singer and songwriter. She has released six studio albums, and has won numerous awards, including a Brit Award and a People’s Choice Award. She is known for her powerful vocals and her soulful songs, especially for “Price Tag” and “Flashlight.”
Jessie J also released a statement saying “Hosting Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is such an exciting experience. I can’t wait to perform and see who gets slimed. We’re going to have fun, see you all in Abu Dhabi!”
She is co-hosting the event alongside YouTube and content creator, Ossy Marwah.
The awards show will be held at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and will also feature performances by Moroccan singer-songwriter Manal, Palestinian-Chilean singer-songwriter Elyanna, Saudi artist Bader Al-Shuaibi, and Jordanian singer Issam Alnajjar.

Tickets for the show are on sale now on the Etihad Arena website. Tickets start at 69 AED and go up to 399 AED. The show will also be broadcast live on Nickelodeon Arabia.
