Spending just 30 minutes on TikToks means watching over 50 videos. With so many videos, you might forget who posted that one edit you want to find or what that one song in that one video was. If you’re looking for a specific video that you watched a while ago, there are a few ways to find it.

How to find a TikTok you’ve watched
If there’s a specific video from a trend you’ve watched that you’re looking for, and don’t want to scroll through your history, there’s a simple way to do it.
Step 1: Open the TikTok application and go to the discovery tab.
Step 2: Type in your search query in the search bar. For instance, ‘AI yearbook trend’ is what I searched for.
Step 3: Click on the three dots next to the search bar after searching. Select ‘Filters’ from the pop-up menu at the bottom.
Step 4: On the filters pop-up menu, select ‘Watched’ under ‘Video category’. You can even select other filters such as how to sort the videos and what date they were posted. This narrows down the search even more. When done, click ‘Apply’.
Step 5: Any videos in your watch history that match your keyword or keyphrase will be at the top of the list, followed by your search results as they would usually appear. And that’s it!

Step 3: In the settings and privacy page, select the option ‘Activity center’ under the ‘Content & Display’ category.
Step 4: There, an option to view watch history appears. Click on that to see the videos you’ve seen in the past 180 days while logged in to the same account.
