Iconic Spice Girls
The Spice Girls held a mini-reunion over the weekend at a party marking Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday, performing an impromptu dance routine of their iconic ’90s track, “Stop.”
Victoria’s husband, David Beckham, filmed a video with Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, Melanie Brown, and Victoria dancing in the same lineup places as the popular 1997 pop single music video. Victoria later uploaded the footage on Instagram, adding, “Best night ever! Happy Birthday to Me! I adore you all so much! #SpiceUpYourLife.”
I Mean Come On!
David also posted the moment on his Instagram account, captioned “I mean come on.”
The party, which was held at Oswald’s private members’ club in London, saw appearances from celebrities like Tom Cruise, Salma Hayek, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Gordon Ramsay, Charlotte Tilbury, and Eva Longoria.
The Spice Girls’ mini-reunion comes on the 30th anniversary of their initial audition for the band, which occurred last month. Victoria took to social media before the event to share photographs of herself posing with her husband and family, stating, “Can’t wait to celebrate with my friends and family! “I love you all so much.”
