How to find your liked posts on Instagram
If you’re looking for a specific post that you liked, however long ago that may be, it can be found quickly through the your activity feature. This feature allows you to see a list of all the recent posts you’ve liked, commented on, and saved.
Step 1: Open the Instagram app, and go onto your profile.
Step 2: Tap the burger icon, or the three horizontal lines, in the top right corner of your profile page.
Step 3: From the menu that pops up, select ‘Your activity’.
Step 4: On this page, under ‘Interactions’, select ‘Likes’. You can also see your recently deleted posts, comments you’ve made, and more, here. Since new updates from Instagram, users can now sort through their likes according to creator, date liked, and even date range.

The Your activity feature is a great way to find your liked posts on the social media platform. You can use the Search bar and Sort & filter option to narrow down the list, and you can use the Collections feature to save your liked posts for later.
